Painter Lake is maintained by the Country Acres Homeowners Association (CAHA) and treated regularly to keep it healthy. It is inhabited by a variety of fish and surrounded by an abundance of other wildlife. Our private lake is the center of our quiet and peaceful community and for this reason gasoline powered boats of any kind are not permitted.
Access to the lake and common community areas is available exclusively to Country Acres members. Keys to the access gate for the boat ramp and beach area are only made available to CAHA members in good standing. To obtain a key please contact the CAHA Treasurer. A $10 deposit is required.
